Returns

At UK Vape Deals, we offer a straightforward returns policy, allowing you to return your items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund or replacement, provided that the product is unused and unopened.

Condition for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. All hardware must remain in its original packaging, including any outer sleeve, as these contain essential product serial numbers. We cannot accept hardware returns without original packaging. Any free gifts or samples included with your order are yours to keep!

Return Process: Please email us at support@ukvapedeals.co.uk with your return request, including your original order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send your items back, subject to returns approval.

Packaging: Please ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using suitable protective materials like bubble wrap or packing paper. Proper packaging helps ensure your return reaches us safely and in good condition.

Return Postage: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item, we will cover the return postage cost. Otherwise, return postage will be your responsibility. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exceptions

Certain items are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Tanks, atomisers, or pods that have been filled with liquid, used, or removed from their sealed packaging
  • Vape kits that have been filled with liquid or used
  • Drip tips (mouthpieces)
  • Opened coils or pods

Additionally, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Non-returnable items also include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. While we process refunds on the same day we receive the returned items, please allow 2 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Partial Refunds: In some situations, partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damage, please contact us at support@ukvapedeals.co.uk for instructions. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the quickest way is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days of our confirmation, please:

  1. First, recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times before a refund is posted can vary

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you are shipping an item valued over £75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
